I had my big winter jacket dry cleaned here, since it was extremely dirty and I can’t wash it in my washer. Didn’t cost very much and turned out so good! I also had to get the zipper replaced and they did a great job with that too!
They use to be great did very good cleaning services, but it's too bad they are not at this location any more. It's been about 6 to 8 months that they closed missing them have to find new one.
First, my suit came back very clean. Very happy with the price and quality of the clean. Why not 5 stars? They mixed my suit up with someone else's and had trouble finding it. Also, there isn't a service for notifying you when your piece is ready for pick up. Wish they had one that sent out a text when ready.
They ruined my new jacket. My new designer jacket NEVER worn. Picked it up and a note was attached "sorry we could not get the stains out" What stains??? There were no stains. I didn't ask them to remove any stains They mistook the fabric print as stains! They tried to remove the "stains" and left bleached circles all over my jacket. REALLY???? Update: talked with the manager after several attempts. She said she needed to ask her boss a few things since I am a very long term customer(20 years) and she would call me back. ... read more
I was promised that if I brought in my clothes early in the day I could have them back the next day. I had a really important business trip that I needed my clothes for, but when I went to pick my items up they didn't have all of my items because they don't do their cleaning onsite and told me there was nothing they could do for me. I had to go buy a new coat and it cost me $300 because I didn't have time to shop around and had to pay full retail.
