I had my big winter jacket dry cleaned here, since it was extremely dirty and I can’t wash it in my washer. Didn’t cost very much and turned out so good! I also had to get the zipper replaced and they did a great job with that too!
They were great. Got my suit cleaned faster than expected. They did move down the road a ways and are now at the end of the building behind Starbucks, across from WalMart
First, my suit came back very clean. Very happy with the price and quality of the clean. Why not 5 stars? They mixed my suit up with someone else's and had trouble finding it. Also, there isn't a service for notifying you when your piece is ready for pick up. Wish they had one that sent out a text when ready.
They ruined my new jacket. My new designer jacket NEVER worn. Picked it up and a note was attached "sorry we could not get the stains out" What stains??? There were no stains. I didn't ask them to remove any stains They mistook the fabric print as stains! They tried to remove the "stains" and left bleached circles all over my jacket. REALLY???? Update: talked with the manager after several attempts. She said she needed to ask her boss a few things since I am a very long term customer(20 years) and she would call me back. ... read more
We brought three feather pillows (2 king and 1 standard) in to be "reticked" in October. We got them back in November...three different sizes and completely flat. We brought the two "king" pillows back to be fixed. Finally got them back today-- January 26--one king and one standard. Absolutely horrible! I'm not sure how this company is still in business!
