Lost my clothes for 6 months and then when they surfaced charged me $27 for a shirt and pants. The clothes weren't even clean, I had to get them cleaned again at a different cleaners. Don't waste your time or money here, go to Tide Cleaners in Meridian, they charged me $12 for the same shirt and pants and their custom service is AMAZING. They even have a 24hr drop off and pick up, state of the art. Worth the extra 10/15 drive.
Hetta was the most amazing person I’ve met in a long time I got stuck in that horrible storm the other day on my motorcycle and even though she was closed she let me and my friends come in and get out of the rain and all the nastiness that was going on and let us park our motorcycles underneath some cover 10/10 recommend her for any dry cleaning you need she was absolutely wonderful and I’m so appreciative of her
The lady is sweet and funny, but she lost my moms skirt and every time my mom calls she says “I haven’t gotten to it because ive been sick.” Then if youre sick why are you working right now? Anyways, she makes up excuses instead of owning up to the fact that she lost it and refunding for the inconvenience. Quite immature and irresponsible. Do not come to this location!!!!
Lady was super nice! They took my mom's bag and spent 3 weeks making sure it's actually clean. It still came out dirty but I think that's because the bag is leather. Great customer service!
Brought in my dry cleaning this week, first time using this dry cleaner. Michelle was working and she was very personable and talked me through their pricing, etc. I will update after I get my clothes, but based on first impressions, I am hoping I've found a cleaner I can trust and stick with (been to three others in the Eagle/Garden City area and haven't been pleased/impressed with service yet). 9/12/22 Update: Shirts came out great... Will be back.
