Is this place even open? There's a white Escalade there almost everyday and people just loitering here, trespassing and sitting and hanging out here. This place will absolutely price gauge you - will CHANGE THE pricing on you after the fact. Check your receipt for “reprint” to make sure your original quote will be the same as they charge you. Make sure you don’t drive up in a nice car or they will charge you more. Never returning. Telling everyone I know not to come here.

These people are absolute CLOWNS! They are overpriced and the quality of work is complete trash. Almost as if they stole the business from someone else and are simply getting by because of the chain name. They completely ruined a shirt i took in, asked me to bring it back in, kept it for a month, and nothing. I called in several times and it was always some excuse for a call back. THESE FOLKS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH! THEY PRICE GOUGE, LIE, NOT ON THE SAME ACCORD WITH PRICING! Coming here you will be mislead even when asking about prices upfront. The owner, the manager, and the employee I dealt with deceived my wife and I. We brought our items in before Christmas to finally get them back today. I'm a loyal person when it comes to my service especially that I use on a monthly basis. And typically I don't question price but today I went to pickup some clothing and was taken back by the prices. I know that services have increased due to supply and demand but at no point do I expect to be paying almost $9 to $10 per shirt for dry cleaning.
