We took four brand new suits to get dry cleaned so they would be nice and pressed… they were already clean and not too bad, we just wanted them more crisp. Well, they came back soooo much worse.. hopefully not ruined. Upset we paid almost $100 to mess up four expensive wool suits that were brand new. Notice the weird marks in the suit. The one with the weird button mark is possibly actually ruined because it looks melted. My whole family has used them for many years but unfortunately they have lost my business. Dropped off a Pendleton blanket and after a two month delay post the promised pickup date and multiple attempts to pick up, they put a rush on it. Finally picked it up and paid in full for it, then upon unfolding it at home all the original stains/dirt spots were present - it hadn’t even been touched. We have been going to this dry cleaners for a few years now. And they take pretty good care of our garments. We use them for cleaning and alterations, and have been very satisfied with their service. Definitely recommended.
