We’ve been using this dry cleaner for a few years and are pleased with the cleaning. I took two stars off though because when I picked up my husband’s suits, because they use the metal hangers, the weight of the suit jacket caused the hanger’s end to protrude in the shoulder area. It almost put a hole in the expensive tux jacket we had cleaned. Had this been the first time I would have taken 1 star off, but unfortunately this has happened before.
I highly recommend! Recently brought a letter jacket there and they totally revived it and were very reasonable and pleasant to work with both over the phone answering questions and in person. The service was great and fast. I also contacted Pilgrim Cleaners and the lady was short over the phone I was quoted 4x the price and a turn time a lot longer.
All deliveries are made on day assigned. They communicate any changes to scheduling well in advance and will provide option when available. Service is always friendly and professional. I highly recommend Marinizing for cleaning needs.
My garment was ready when promised. It looked great. The employees were friendly and professional. Will go there again.
This is the best dry cleaners I’ve been to! It’s close to home with really friendly people AND I received my clothes relatively quick!
