After using this Martinizing store for more than a decade, they ruined three jackets I brought them in May. After initially agreeing to reimburse me, they are now denying any accountability for the damaged clothes and refuse to reimburse. I filed complaints with the BBB and Martinizing corporate, and I would avoid using this store at all costs.
Called to tell me that my dress was damaged. Which happens and I completely understand, and appreciated the honest phone call. However, it all went downhill from there. Long story short...they would only pay me half for the dress...offered me a credit for the other half...but wouldn't let me use that credit for the payment I had to make that day for the 3 additional dresses that I was picking up ...and when I said Im not sure if I would utilize your services in the future so I would like to use the credit today...she told me... read more
Paid over $70 for cleaning a suede jacket. It came back almost the same. Used a different dry cleaners in Savage for a suede cleaning with a very differ and positive outcome. Not comming back. Better to drive extra 10 minutes than waste money and time.
Good customer service for most part, though there is one unhappy lady..... Pricey, you can definitely find better deals...$11 per pair of pants is steep. Looking for better options, but they do okay in a pinch. Haven’t lost anything yet.
If there was a zero star option I would choose it. I went in here as a first-time customer and I was treated very disrespectful. First off, I dropped my laundry off and when I came back to pick them up I wanted to use a coupon I found online. I was told by a high school student working there, I must present a coupon at the time of drop off and they do not accept coupons when you are settling up and picking up your laundry.
