Very Unsatisfactory service- 1. Stains still on jacket 2. Pants hemmed, I asked them to return the zippers removed from bottom of pant leg, I did not receive the zippers back I asked for a discount and no one was available to provide a response or a discount I am very disappointed, the previous owners were amazing. I will never return to this dry cleanser. While picking up my items, another client was telling me how unsatisfied she was with the service too. Fantastic experience! I’ve brought a few items this year, including a wedding wardrobe for a family of 5, and it was done professionally and fast. If you’ve suffered garment-loss like me at other dry cleaners and have trust issues now, this is definitely the place for you because…it’s all done in house! So your clothes don’t wander away and you can be sure they’ll be there, waiting to be picked up, clean and pressed.
