Brought clothes right after family funeral, Avery was very kind & helpful. He even looked through discounts so I could take advantage of a reduced price. Avery is a college student that understands the importance of customer service not something you find nowadays. When I picked up our garments I was most happy to speak directly to the owner, he also was just as nice and valued our business Thank You - Deborah
Very good job. There is 1 lady however, I think she's been there quite some time, who was a bit brash with the trainee and bordered on rude when addressing me. Not the best customer service on her part. I've never experienced that at this location before so hopefully she was just having a bad day.
(Updated review). I returned a white shirt because I wasn’t satisfied with the quality of the cleaning around the collar area. My shirt was redone and I am very pleased with the result!
I am going to start by saying that I do not write reviews. I just do not go back and use or eat at that place, so with that being said, here is what happened. On Sunday Dec. 4, 2022, my 30-year-old son passed away of heart complications. On Monday we had ten thousand things to do. By the time We found his suit it was still in the dry-cleaning bag. I took in a dress shirt and dress slacks just to be pressed at 2 p.m. They're open till 6pm & was told that they just shut off all their machines and can't do anything. I thought she was joking. I will never use this place. They should close if machines are off & they can't even press something...
