Was explained as to the process very well
The mgmt here has awful integrity. I dropped of a coat to be drycleaned on Tuesday 12/21. The new associate asked the mgr if they could have it ready the next afternoon. The mgr said yes, bht after 4:30pm. They said to be sure to pick it up by 6pm as they would be closed for 3 days over Christmas. I came back at 5:30 the next day and the Assistant mgr told me the coat was not cleaned. She said "the new girl" should never have promised me that. This service help my family so much. I am in a rehab facility in Huntsville and my daughter lives in Alabaster. Because Martinizing agreed to pickup and deliver my laundry it keeps my family from driving 120+ miles to pick up my laundry and wash it at a laundry mat.
