UPDATE: The owner reached out to me and asked if I could bring my cleaning by at 7:30 AM on Friday and he would meet me there and assured me that he would have my cleaning returned by 4:40 PM the same day. He did exactly as he had stated and kudos to him for taking care of the customer and for being so apologetic. Normally, I have never had any problems out of this cleaners, however, tonight at 5:50 PM I tried to drop off some clothing for one day service to be picked up on Friday, granted this is Wednesday. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They do an excellent job cleaning my clothing and household items. Only place in Mt Brook I go to for my dry cleaning!
Best Dry Cleaners in Birmingham! Marks is the best. I’ve gone to both the Mountain Brook location and the Greystone location both are great. The staff is personable and professional. My husband has had a suit rewoven and tailored by the team at Marks and their work is excellent and fairly priced. Your clothes are in good hands at Marks.
