Convenient location they also deliver to my home that's on their route. Very friendly and reasonable pricing highly recommend for alterations and dry cleaning.
Had fine experiences in the past, but my most recent experience they lost my wife’s dress for two months, unable to get the stain out and still charged me full price. Will have to find a different cleaning service.
The best for alterations! They altered my rehearsal dinner dress quickly and perfectly at such a reasonable price! Thank you!!
UPDATE: The owner reached out to me and asked if I could bring my cleaning by at 7:30 AM on Friday and he would meet me there and assured me that he would have my cleaning returned by 4:40 PM the same day. He did exactly as he had stated and kudos to him for taking care of the customer and for being so apologetic. Normally, I have never had any problems out of this cleaners, however, tonight at 5:50 PM I tried to drop off some clothing for one day service to be picked up on Friday, granted this is Wednesday. Spoke with someone at the Birmingham office who was super nice and helpful. I was told that my specific laundry needs could be met and to discuss with the staff at the mountain brook location since this was closer to me. At the mountain brook location the customer service wasn’t great. I was told by a woman working the desk that my clothes would “probably be fine” and no special treatment was done.
