First time using London Cleaners automated kiosk style dry cleaning. It was easy to sign up. Got a text when my shirts were done. Went in to pick them up. Paid by card and on my way. Couldn’t have been easier. This was their Pilgrim Square location.
Pleasantly surprised with the ease of using the kiosk. My clothes were handled with care.
All shirts and pants cleaned and pressed very nicely. Very happy
The laundering and cleaning are top notch. I really like the automated setup for drop off and pickup I can go anytime to drop off or pick up. For people that prefer not use the automated they still offer home pick up and delivery. I hv been using since 12/2025 no problems with the quality of the cleaning and never had a missing item
First time customer and it was easy and simple.
