I dropped off my coat for pickup at my work on 1/15 to be picked up by you on 1/16. Per our notes, the dry cleaning would then be dropped off the following pickup/drop off time. In this case would have been 1/20. As of today 1/24 I have not gotten my coat back nor has my card been charged. I emailed our contact twice with no reply.

Order was called in and did not get picked up until my second call and 2 back and forth emails. My order was dropped off at the wrong address and I had to pick it up myself. Glad my number was on the ticket- I was leaving for vacation the next day with said clothing.

I was disappointed that the glue was not removed. Nor was there a note explaining. Was charged full price, tho. This was my first experience with you.

Just waiting to receive the exact timetable of my delivery was frustrating. I was promised one week then it was extended out by another week. I was quoted $50 but was billed 64. Im satisfied with my new zipper though.
If you were not good I would find another cleaners.
Your cleaners and drivers always do a great job but these constant review requests are aggravating.
You are losing my clothes all the time
Suits weren’t delivered on time and when they were delivered they had several wrinkles that had to be removed service in the past was good but you dropped the ball this time.

There were three items that were not given attention to. One I specifically wrote a note citing the area that needed extra care. I did mention this situation to them. They refunded my money on my coat and offered to redo all three items. While I am usually pleased with their service, I am disappointed this time. I will use them again in the future, but with some skepticism. Cleaning can be overlooked, but with QC there is no excuse.
