Just wanted to update my original review. After I posted the review the company did reach out and was very nice In terms of wanting to work with me to fix the issue. They tried to fix the dress but it could not be fixed and they offered me a full refund of what I paid for the dress and want I paid for dry cleaning which I really appreciated, If I could leave negative stars I would. While trying on a brand new dress, I immediately stained it with sunscreen, which I wasn’t able to get out myself. It’s a Reformation dress made from 100% Viscose, and I had read quite a few horror stories about the difficulties of cleaning this material so I was very worried I had ruined it. We love Amy! She works really hard on Devine Street and so does her staff. Our clothes come back perfect everytime.
Iv brought my down comforter in twice & they do a great job. I got blue icey on it & they got it out Then my cat had a accident on it & they got it out. They did it in 1 day & a great price. Thanks guys
