First time in over 30 years I haven’t been satisfied with the service. Dry cleaning was fine. The employee was on cell phone when I arrive and decided to finish what she was doing while I sat there and waited. I started to time her after sitting for quite awhile and from that point until she acknowledged me was 1:45 so definitely over 2:30 mins of employee sitting on chair in front of register totally ignoring and fully aware that a car had pulled up. I have used Lexington for years with no complaint however my pants were double creased. I was going out of town Friday morning at 8am for a funeral therefore I didn’t and couldn’t bring them back. I had to wear the as they were.
I always have a very pleasant experience, dropping off and picking up my dry cleaning. Everyone is always very, very nice.
Always do a great job. Took some couch pillow covers there and they turned out great. Nice people working, there, too!
