The customer service is good but don’t follow instructions. I brought these items in for dry cleaning and asked for them to be folded across the hanger. The white tank does not look like it was cleaned at all, the hoodie is stretched out of shape. Not pleased, or satisfied. With the prices being charged I expect better! 🤦🏽♀️😠🙄
Moved to Blythewood and finally found a convenient spot for all my dry cleaning needs. It’s clean, inviting, and convenient. The staff is friendly courteous and knowledgeable. My shirts and dresses were all left cleaned and pressed. I also want to mention the timing was from one day to another and that was impressive. Thank you Lexington dry cleaners.
Mr. Dallas is always smiling, very kind, and nice when I come to drop off my clothes or pick them up. It's rare to experience good customer service in this day and time. I truly believe he has a genuine love for people.
Not sure how many stars to give. I called to get pricing to find that their system was down. The associate told me that she couldn’t give definite pricing because of the system but was sure it would be around $9-11 per dress for 2 little girls. I figured about $25 total, boy was I wrong. Great, friendly staff who always takes care of our clothes. Service is fast and they always do an excellent job on everything we give them. They clean my husband's suits and coats and sweaters and dresses for me.
