The customer service is good but don’t follow instructions. I brought these items in for dry cleaning and asked for them to be folded across the hanger. The white tank does not look like it was cleaned at all, the hoodie is stretched out of shape. Not pleased, or satisfied. With the prices being charged I expect better! 🤦🏽‍♀️😠🙄

First time using Lexington Dry Cleaning. I was careful to get an accurate quote prior to leaving 13 shirts. She was thorough in her data entry, asked questions about different cleaning methods, using starch etc... Quote was four dollars each, totaling $55.00 with tax. Once my wife went to pick up dry cleaning, the bill was $80.00 dollars. Wife calls me to verify, I repeat the quote to the attendant and no exception was taken. Great, friendly staff who always takes care of our clothes. Service is fast and they always do an excellent job on everything we give them. They clean my husband's suits and coats and sweaters and dresses for me.

Moved to Blythewood and finally found a convenient spot for all my dry cleaning needs. It’s clean, inviting, and convenient. The staff is friendly courteous and knowledgeable. My shirts and dresses were all left cleaned and pressed. I also want to mention the timing was from one day to another and that was impressive. Thank you Lexington dry cleaners.
