The ladies at the Blythewood location customer service was top-tier!! Very friendly environment, and they greeted me with a smile when I entered. Went above and beyond when I bought my husband's suits in and advised me on the monthly specials they run for his suits, and what made it personal for me as I was leaving one particular lady addressed me by name as she was thanking me for doing business and saying bye. Visiting town needed some place that had a fast turn around. Dry clean was ready the very next day. They removed the guessing and timing part of its availability by sending me a text notification that the clothes were ready to be picked up. The shirts were ironed perfectly with the collars lying neatly pressed. The staff was very professional and the facility itself was very clean. Will be my go to if i’m ever back in town, thanks for the service and the overall experience!

First time using Lexington Dry Cleaning. I was careful to get an accurate quote prior to leaving 13 shirts. She was thorough in her data entry, asked questions about different cleaning methods, using starch etc... Quote was four dollars each, totaling $55.00 with tax. Once my wife went to pick up dry cleaning, the bill was $80.00 dollars. Wife calls me to verify, I repeat the quote to the attendant and no exception was taken.
