Mr. Dallas is always smiling, very kind, and nice when I come to drop off my clothes or pick them up. It's rare to experience good customer service in this day and time. I truly believe he has a genuine love for people.
prompt, friendly, and good cleaning. I have used Lexington Dry Cleaners for over 10 years. Their services are good, and as a senior I try to take advantage of their Wednesday specials. I do wish they had some Saturday hours.
Not sure how many stars to give. I called to get pricing to find that their system was down. The associate told me that she couldn’t give definite pricing because of the system but was sure it would be around $9-11 per dress for 2 little girls. I figured about $25 total, boy was I wrong. Great, friendly staff who always takes care of our clothes. Service is fast and they always do an excellent job on everything we give them. They clean my husband's suits and coats and sweaters and dresses for me.
My experience at this location was very pleasant. The staff was courteous and eager to assist. All of my items were cleaned correctly. I would certainly recommend this location for your dry cleaning services.
