Everyone was so nice and helpful when I dropped of some slacks to get altered. They told me that it may take a couple of weeks to get my slacks back due to the holidays but it was only a week. I really like the fact they have an app to check on your status..
As I explained to the company’s manager yesterday via phone; Brenda was very disrespectful and unprofessional as she spoke with me via phone. She continued to over talk me and was unreasonable to work with. Her customer service was terrible and she doesn’t seem to care about her behavior. I wonder if she treats all of your customers like this or just select ones.
