Everything was smooth and easy. Take out the cost of shipping, and the quick repair work to replace a full-length zippier was quite reasonable. Liked the way the deal paid for boxes and shipping, both ways! Lot of distractions were easily removed.

Amazing experience with Leathercareusa! I bought a $500+ All Saints jacket just over three years ago. It had a natural worn look to it, which I loved but it kept losing color over time. Something spilled on it so I took it to a local cleaner. BIG mistake. It came back grey and completely lost all of its color. So much so, I was embarrassed to wear it out. O recently had Leathercare clean my 25 year old jacket and chaps that had suffered mold and dampness damage. Leathercare did an excellent job, both items look like new. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of professional leather cleaning.
I sent in a jacket with label residue on it and it looks so much better! A true rescue.
