It was pleasant and the young man at the desk was very helpful and friendly.
Good job and service though a bit expensive
I brought in a down comforter, queen. Got it back in a handsome carrying container. Looks nice and fluffy and white. Will use it next weekend when I have a guest. My exchange with the owner was very pleasant.

Great service for cleaning and folding laundry. Pickup and drop off has been valuable for us. Staff is polite and responsive. Overall a very positive experience.
I was told that a rip in my running shoe could be repaired. After waiting nearly a month I went to pick up the sneakers the rip was still there. I was charged for what I was told was a cleaning, the shoes were not dirty. Having to speak to the owner, I was told they did not do that kind of repair work after telling me it would be no problem to fix. They did not offer me a credit. I will not be returning to Labels.
