full transparency, I haven't had a service done here yet BUT I can say I'm already genuinely impressed. Ms.Crystal went above and beyond for me today and I can't thank her enough!!! I'm fairly new to charlotte so the city is a bit intimidating, I couldn't find a dry cleaner who could clean my XXL dog bed but ms.crystal helped me by calling laundry mats around who could handle the large load and she found one for me! she is seriously amazing and I'll absolutely be using them in the future!!!! thank you ms. crystal!!!
