I went to Lapels to fix the worn-down heels on my boots, since our local cobbler closed. Lapel's shoe repair person only comes 1x a week, so be prepared to leave your shoes for 2 weeks, but the work was amazing! For $40 my black suede boots look like new! New heels, soles, brushed and cleaned. Totally worth it. Easy drop off and pick up. I'll definitely use them again.
I go here to get all of my cycling clothing mended. They do great work repairing small nicks and tears in extremely delicate fabrics, and replacing worn-out zippers. Only gotten a couple items cleaned here - certainly no complaints. Quick turnaround, and they've never been late.
The attitude was totally RUDE!! I took the shirts and that Asian lady told me these shirts need to be dry-clean--with each shirt $6.50-- about an hour, after I got my friend's recommendations for the cheaper dry clean price in another place, I drove back and ask for my shirts--the lady first trying to argue these are dry-clean prices, then I told her I don't want to argue but just like to have my shirts back!! This is my favorite cleaners... so friendly and kind! I love the rapid access feature... I use their laundry bag, drop it in the bin (24hrs) and then use my Lapels card to swipe in the 24 hr kiosk, voila, I have my shirts!
Didn’t clean the spots and didn’t tell me that they couldn’t. When I asked why she didn’t tell me before she got paid in full, she said she didn’t have to. So if you absolutely have to use their services, please check if they actually cleaned your garments before you pay.
