Michelle is the best. One time we asked for her to replace a button on our Son’s sport coat. She contacted the manufacturer and matches it exactly. She goes above and beyond expectations.

If you ask me what I think of Lapels service, I will simply say this, I am taking an additional two more blankets and three more pillows this afternoon to also be cleaned.
