I took a sweater that that had a questionable stain on it. It came out with no problem. It was ready two days earlier than it was promised.

I took a brand new pair of jeans in to get a crease in the legs. It came back with no cease and flattened out. When I returned it and told them about the mistake they had made the lady refused to make good on correcting the problem unless I paid full price again to get it corrected. Very poor customer service and it cost them a customer as I will not use this cleaners again.
