I'm a pilot. My shirts have epaulets on the shoulders. So far every cleaner I've taken them too have destroyed the buttons for the epaulets. My first and last experience with lapels, the shirts came back and all I had to do was touch the buttons and they simply disintegrated in my hands. I was told for an additional price they would replace them. And have the shirts for additional 3 days. I didn't get upset or wasn't ugly to the young lady behind the counter. But this is not good customer service. Keep looking.

Sorry to hear of your experience, we strive to satisfy our customers when able. In regards to the buttons, at intake the CSR noted the damaged condition of the buttons. Due to this damage, prior to dropping off with us, the CSR, at pick up, advised you the cost of replacing the damaged buttons. We hope you can understand and will intrust us with your items in the near future.
