The associated have excellent attention to detail, provide top customer care that you would expect from Nordstrom. Notice on pick up time is particularly useful as it allows one to plan effectively. More importantly they always have a smile, even in the wee hours of the morning

When my car pulled into the parking lot, staff recognized me and got my clothes ready for pick up. I was impressed since I only began going to this location (Market St in Brighton) recently. It was helpful since I was running late for work.

The lady at the desk was nice. Not overly friendly though. I was charged an extra dollar because it was a cashmere sweater. So it cost $8.00. I could have washed it in my machine, but wanted to try out the cleaner. Getting an email to let me know it was ready was great, and it came back earlier than she told me it would. I miss Swan cleaners. Since there aren't a lot of options in our neighborhood, I will use this cleaner. Over all, it was fine
