Cleaning was good. But, I've been using this place for years and the prices are outrageous! I just paid $25 for a rayon shirt, cotton pants and shorts - $10 of that was to sew on a button.... The counter person wouldn't quote me a price for any of it because "they" had to determine that based on materials. I couldn't believe it when I picked them up! I won't use Lapels again....

When dropping off clothes, associate did not give me a ticket for pick up. Everything was ok at pickup
