My alteration was done within 3 days, and I was very pleased with the results.
I am extremely impressed by the level of service that I experienced at the Lapels location in Marshfield this week. I was a bit frazzled as I was desperately trying to get my son’ suit serviced for my Mom’s wake and on the next day. I had tried 3 other dry cleaners to no avail. Kimberly (the owner), got it done while I waited. Next level service! Thank you!
The Lapels website says they do UGG boot cleaning. I dropped mine off over two weeks ago. Not once did anyone tell me they get shipped elsewhere. When I called after two weeks to see if they were in they were not. I went in the next day and they still weren’t in. During those two encounters no one told me wherever they were sent was supposed to call me.
