Extremely disappointed with the service and professionalism of this dry cleaning company. I dropped off 45 pieces of clothing on May 9th, including tailored suits and dress shirts, with an expected turnaround date of May 16th. I received my items on June 3rd. After the expected completion date passed, I attempted to schedule home delivery/drop-off service and never received a return call. I’ve been going to Lapels by my house for months now. Ever since the Latin girl left my experiences have been horrible. The first time after she left, the stranked my polo sweatsuit. I brought it back and the said they was going to “fix it” but they didn’t. It’s still too short. It fit perfectly before i bought it to them to clean, now I can never wear it again. Lapel Cleaners did a wonderful job on our runners! I had a hard time finding a place to clean them & Lapel was great! Their prices are good, they gave a good time estimate & contacted me when the rugs were ready. I’m very happy with their service and will now bring all my cleaning needs to them, not just runners. Thank you so much!
First time using Lapels and probably my last. I came to pick up my clothes on a Monday October 7th at 4:27pm and the store was closed. This was incredibly frustrating because the sign on the store front and Lapels website says the store should be open. Very frustrating that I can’t pickup my clothes and I will have to drive back to the store again to try and pickup my clothes. If you want your dry cleaning done timely Lapels is not your answer.
Great service. Clean. Respectable of my properties. Friendly. They couldn't help me with my alteration request but they returned my item in better condition than what I asked them to price quote me for. Thank you!!
