Lapel Cleaners did a wonderful job on our runners! I had a hard time finding a place to clean them & Lapel was great! Their prices are good, they gave a good time estimate & contacted me when the rugs were ready. I’m very happy with their service and will now bring all my cleaning needs to them, not just runners. Thank you so much!

First time using Lapels and probably my last. I came to pick up my clothes on a Monday October 7th at 4:27pm and the store was closed. This was incredibly frustrating because the sign on the store front and Lapels website says the store should be open. Very frustrating that I can’t pickup my clothes and I will have to drive back to the store again to try and pickup my clothes. If you want your dry cleaning done timely Lapels is not your answer.

Owner went WAY above and beyond to clean and deliver my blazer to me on a Saturday night (after closing) so I would have for a business trip. Can’t imagine using another cleaner - unheard of customer service in this day and age.

Great customer service. My clothes and comforters have always been come back clean without problems. Use them all the time now.

The few times we've had our clothes done, they have been amazing. I appreciate that they can pick-up and drop-off, and besides they did a wonderful job with taking care of our items, especially removed a hard spot on a blouse and tried twice until it was right. Jay is very service oriented and polite, and I appreciate to have them close by!
