Lapel Cleaners did a wonderful job on our runners! I had a hard time finding a place to clean them & Lapel was great! Their prices are good, they gave a good time estimate & contacted me when the rugs were ready. I’m very happy with their service and will now bring all my cleaning needs to them, not just runners. Thank you so much!

Great service. Clean. Respectable of my properties. Friendly. They couldn't help me with my alteration request but they returned my item in better condition than what I asked them to price quote me for. Thank you!!

Excellent service! Friendly staff, prompt turnaround and cleaned/pressed perfectly. The email response stating my garments were ready for pick a great perk!

I took my jacket in and it didnt look like they had done anything. When I asked the front desk guy about it he said how long had the stains been in there as if that explains why it doesn't look like it was touched. They charged me $40 for the worst dry clean job I have ever seen.

First time using Lapels and probably my last. I came to pick up my clothes on a Monday October 7th at 4:27pm and the store was closed. This was incredibly frustrating because the sign on the store front and Lapels website says the store should be open. Very frustrating that I can’t pickup my clothes and I will have to drive back to the store again to try and pickup my clothes. If you want your dry cleaning done timely Lapels is not your answer.
