I’ve been really impressed with this dry cleaning service. They consistently do an excellent job with my suits—everything always comes back looking sharp, fresh, and perfectly pressed. The attention to detail really shows, from the way they handle delicate fabrics to how carefully items are packaged. The turnaround time is quick, and the staff is always professional and friendly. It gives me peace of mind knowing my suits are in great hands. Highly recommend to anyone who wants their clothes looking their best!
I went last Friday and was told it would be ready in a few days. When I went to drop my outfits off and pick them up, both times they took care of me right away. I was in and out in about 5 minutes both times. I have no complaints, and I definitely plan on coming back.
I had an armload of clothes to be cleaned and pressed on Thursday for a funeral, possibly as soon as Saturday. The disclaimer at the counter says “2 to 3 days”. I explained my situation to Jaida, and she explained it to her crew. They promised 24 hour turnaround, and they delivered!!! Excellent customer service, outstanding attitude to help a new customer in need. THANK YOU to the folks at Lapels for their service and compassion in a stressful time!!!
Labels Dry Cleaning is my place for cleaning my clothes. I'm greeted in the store by my name. My items are always well taken care of whether it is cleaning or alterations. Whenever my items are ready I receive an email letting me know my order is ready. To top it off I also receive discounts for items. There are services that they offer. I would highly recommend Lapels to anyone! You will not be disappointed!
I love the convenience of Mike picking up my husband's laundry on Tuesday and delivering it back to me at work. I know Lapels is only about 4 miles from me but it takes a few minutes to get there since I have to go through Crosstown. Very good service!
