Wonderful place to get your clothes done at. They have a wonderful woman who works super hard who’s name is Kim. She is so polite and gets her stuff down. She’s a great role model!!
Lapels is fantastic! They are efficient, trustworthy, and very complementary! Kim has been very helpful with my costume wardrobe for plays & delicate clothing items. Thank you Lapels! I highly recommend.
Horrible service from their seamstress!!!! The alterations was not what I asked for. I was given one price and then paid another. My brand new wedding dress had ink on the train. The bag my dress came in was destroyed. And my dress smelled of cigarette smoke. Not to mention the seamstress brought my dress in the cleaners balled up in the bag!!! The staff is friendly and very helpful. I love the work they do on my clothes. I especially appreciated the care they took with some formalwear that I’ve taken there.
The workers are great and friendly. They do great work and alterations get done fast! Also has a wash dry fold service. Would recommend!
