Stay clear of this place!!!! I took a very delicate piece of clothing (+$500 silk scarf) to be cleaned. I had a small stain on the corner of the scarf after wearing it for the first time. I took it straight to the dry cleaners. I did my research and Lapels had many 5 star reviews, so I was confident they would take care of my things. The quality was fine, but the experience was not. I called ahead asking if they could do same day, where I was told yes absolutely. I dropped it off and never got a text or call saying it was ready so I drove by the next morning while trying to rush to wedding and found it sitting there in on the finished rack. I asked why I never received a call, the woman working the desk was rude and told me they were busy so I they couldn’t call me….a quick text would’ve sufficed. I had used the location on west blvd. I had brought suit pants to be hemmed and they had been dry cleaned and not hemmed. I brought back to get fixed and the lady at the front desk was very rude and told me that I had not been charged enough initially . I told her that her location was running a special for new clients and she told me that was not true and was very rude with her attitude and response. I left my pants to be fixed as initially requested. I will not be using this dry cleaning service again.
Hands down the best dry cleaning experience I’ve had. The team is friendly, quick, and very detail-oriented. My clothes look brand new every time. Definitely worth every penny!
This is review about the tailoring services. This is very close to where I lived and the reviews on the tailor seemed okay but now I realized I made a huge mistake going to a cleaner/tailor store. Will be finding a professional tailor next time.
