Multiple issues when it comes to customer service, no real issues with the cleaning of the items. My first big problem was that there was no clarity up front about the pricing of cleaning. I came in to get my wife's dress cleaned. When I asked how much it would be the employee told me she wasn't sure how much it would cost but she even didn't give me a range in price. My last experience was horrible, I always suspect that they were over charging me but I found out through their error. I had taken in two dresses on of which I needed for a 11am service on Saturday. I took the dresses in on Tuesday morning and was told it would be ready on Thursday. They usually text me. I didn't receive a text so I called on Friday. They said it was ready. The lady that helped me with my laundry and dry cleaning (Sep 5 and Sep 6) took my contact info, my cleaning, and just a day later I was notified that my cleaning was ready. The prices were fair and the laundry and dry cleaning was spectacular. I will be coming back!
Dropped of my uniform and simply asked when it would be ready. Employee asked me when I needed it. I had about 24-36 hours I needed it but she then offered me to be ready at 1pm same day. At no time before checking out did employee tell me cost and simply mumbled “well you are paying an extra $10 so it’s fine.” I also stated I was a new customer and was not afforded the advertised new customer discount.
