Multiple issues when it comes to customer service, no real issues with the cleaning of the items. My first big problem was that there was no clarity up front about the pricing of cleaning. I came in to get my wife's dress cleaned. When I asked how much it would be the employee told me she wasn't sure how much it would cost but she even didn't give me a range in price. I brought in some clothing that was in need of TLC and they cleaned them wonderfully. They even cleaned a pair of Ugg boots for me. The only thing unclear was pricing aspect. They were offering 25% off to new customers, but it was still pretty pricey for 4 pieces - but I haven’t dry cleaned anything in years, so I thought they went up like everything else. They had a list there, but my math was different from their math - it’s just something I’ll pay closer attention to next time.
Clothes were laundered just fine, but for 10-15 pieces of clothing a bill for almost $30 is INSANE! Do NOT recommend. Next time I will simply plan better and find a regular levanderia..
My last experience was horrible, I always suspect that they were over charging me but I found out through their error. I had taken in two dresses on of which I needed for a 11am service on Saturday. I took the dresses in on Tuesday morning and was told it would be ready on Thursday. They usually text me. I didn't receive a text so I called on Friday. They said it was ready.
