This is review about the tailoring services. This is very close to where I lived and the reviews on the tailor seemed okay but now I realized I made a huge mistake going to a cleaner/tailor store. I've really tried to support this cleaners since the change in ownership a couple of years ago, but it's just not working out. On my recent visit to pick up clothes, I noticed makeup still on the sleeve of a sweater. I pointed it out to the owner, and she told me it probably wouldn't come out. I asked her to at least try. She took the sweater off the hanger, sprayed a chemical on it, and—just like that—it was clean. Anything you do, stay as far away from this place as you can. I dropped some pieces of uniform for work and the lady took the measurements and did do the job as expected, I came back and her response to me was, who is going to pay for this? We cannot re-do it, I said ok and walked out. There’s poor customer service and then this place. You’ve been warned, stay far away.

Can not pronounce the attendant name but it is great to get a warm greeting and service. I have found my new laundry. Cleaners. Also close and convinced to my house.

The front desk employees need more training may be due to no one in particular assign to attend to customers in a timely manner. The promotion discounts was not applied to my last order.
