inconsistent Monday Thursday pickup and delivery. I do not like my laundry bag to sit on my front porch until 530 pm. I've called about it many times. Nothing changes. Also the quality of laundry/pressing ladies blouses and shirts (especially white) is poor.

Danielle at Corona is awesome. So friendly & provides quick service. I actually stopped getting dry cleaning during the Covid year due to quarantine. I just came back as a regular in 2021. In a matter of 2 visits, Danielle memorized my name and now greets me by name. That is how you create customer engagement.
