I had my pants altered an they did a fantastic job on them everyone there is so very nice I will bring my clothes to be cleaned an altered all the time now! Hello an thank you Kona cleaners! Overall the quality of the work done is great and to our satisfaction. It's a nice, new facility in Ontario Ranch. The complaint we have is the pricing per garment. After further review the individual prices are actually the most expensive we have seen in comparison to other dry cleaners in the area. Again, the quality of the work was great, unfortunately the high cost is what will prohibit us from using your service in the future.

I just like to tell you I been your client for 7 years never had received a coupon, and I get charged so much on my clothes just because they say Escada a dress $20-28 dollars and even to just press is rediculous that I am charged so much .
