When i receive my shirts back, whether they are button down dress shirts, casual button down shirts the sleeves are not pressed and the bottom hem is never pressed flat. Sometimes there are wrinkle creases pressed in to the sleeve. If i can get the sleeves pressed with a crease or at least no wrinkles in them would work. I have taken some pants to be cleaned and they have had extra creases "train tracks" in them which are almost impossible to remove. Customer service was outstanding. However we just took out the suit that was dry cleaned and the pants are actually double creased rather than just one. Took my husband 30 mins to fix this himself.
