I like how I receive a notification via text that my item is ready for pick up. I am happy with the hours of operation as it accommodates an early drop off and a late pick up. When I walk in I am greeted by friendly staff who provide prompt and efficient service. Kona is my go to cleaner for everything including my kid's choir uniform. I would recommend Kona to anyone seeking exceptional cleaning and customer service.
