I don’t think any one cares except the people you have working in the store. They are the only reason I came back as long as I did. They tried to get the part of the company that actually does the cleaning to do what was requested. I even filled out surveys only to have Dave Troemel contact me that he was out of the office and he would put me in touch with someone. That was March 7. Never heard back. Unfortunately my coupon was not accepted after being purchased on Yelp. I was told to use after drop off and when we paid I was told to use prior to pickup. I would like to return once again but I’m quite discouraged.

Please open the store on time. People are on very tight schedules in the morning. Opening doors at 7:10 is unacceptable. This happens too often.

yesterday 4/20/2018 I came to your cleaners for a pick up, which I do every week. there was a customer before me, which I thought she was writing a check, But she was filling out the information paper. Your employee looked at me did not say anything just kept waiting for the customer to finish. then another customer came after me, she still did not say anything to either of us. I wasn’t happy that some clothing was not right side in or Sox weren’t folded and paired. I normally receive it a box as oppose to a thin plastic wrap. Very friendly itherwise

I feel like I was charged way more then I should have been. I asked it I got the 5.00 off for checking in. No receipt was given to me. I paid 27 for two jeans being shortened. They even removed the tag on my bag when I asked if they had removed the 5.00 off.

1st time visit just lost one shirt. When I pick up the clothes, didn't tell me about 1 shirts is missing, really upset me! now is 3days, still didn't hear from the store! what kind of service this is?!?!
