Was promised my order would be done on Saturday, but it wasn’t done until Monday morning. When I picked my order up, the employee apologized and said they had problems but did not offer any other incentive to return. This was my first order in about a year and I was just giving your business another try. I will find another dry cleaner near me to try.
An unauthorized illegal charge was placed on my account. When asked to speak with management, I was told I'd get a call back. Its been over a month and I haven not received anything.
My bill for 7 items was $39.00. Charging over $5 for one item is ridiculous! I have never paid so much for dry cleaning and my previous dry cleaner was an organic dry cleaner.
The end result was what I needed , but the price was raised 3 different times, my order wasn’t ready on time , and it seemed alterations didn’t start till the last day , as I received calls about if I wanted he rest of the work done after I had received an email saying my order is ready. my price that was originally quoted more than doubled in the span of an email saying it was ready and the time I picked up the order. Price waaaaaay to high for simple dry clean... And you prices are clearly displayed anywhere in the store or online
I had my scrub tops hemmed. I got them on the day that was promised they would be done but the hemming on the back is uneven and some areas are even over an inch shorter compared to the front. Also I think I mentioned it when I came in, maybe I should have made it more clear, but the pockets in the front are so small because it wasn’t adjusted and moved up before hemming so they ended up like half of the original pocket size. I’m not happy with the results.
I dropped off a white shirt and black slacks for my son HS graduation when I picked up and went home my son got ready and the slacks were nicely pressed but nothing was done with shirt it was wrinkled and not pressed. Very disappointed :(
First time using it everything went smoothly. My second visit, everything started smoothly and then I got my invoice. The coupon I purchased weren't applied so I talked to the front desk and they said it would be taken care of. Still no credit has been provided. Other then this everything has been good.
I was promised that my items would be done on a Thursday, and then delivered on Friday, as they did not get delivered then. So I came in Monday, and was told they'd be delivered by 5:00. I waited until 6:30 that Monday with no delivery. I stopped by Tuesday and they just happened to be at your store. This was very stressful for me, as I have installers that were waiting on them.
