Please cancel my account, I was not happy. Shrinkage, faded garments etc,
Went in to pick up my 3 laundered shirts that I asked for to be put on hangers, 2 were folded and in a bag and 1 was on the hanger. (note on the bag said for shirts to be on hanger. Came in 2 days later as I was sent message shirts were ready and the gentleman brought me a bag with 2 folded shirts, and again the note said to be on hangers. Someone is not reading instructions. I sent them back.
Everything is always clean, but the pressing is awful. Lot's of things are really attended to.
Kona did a good job cleaning my dresses, however I am not happy with the customer service, especially the staff working at the front desk both times when I dropped my dresses and picked them up. I didn’t feel welcomed, no facial expression on their faces whatsoever which made me feel I don’t want to come back any more

Needed 1 of two shirts cleaned both of them military pressed . Picked my shirts up and only one of them had military creases . I wanted to wear my shirt on the pick up day and because you screwed my order up you screwed of my event day .
I am really happy 😊 with the service and people at the one on Brookhurst & Atlantic. Emma has been great. After the first visit she knew my name. Very pleased with the quality and service.
They misplaced a polo shirt and basically stated they never received it. After pushing the issue they said they would review the video tapes and contact me the next day. After not receiving a phone call back, I contacted them again and had explain the whole situation over again to which they stated they never received it, but would need to review the video and get back to me again! After four days we received a phone call stating they had found the polo shirt and we could pick it up. No apology of any kind was offered.
I get all my shirts laundered and pressed yet when I go to wear them I have to iron them since they are wrinkled. I’ve notified both stores yet it continues to happen. I will need to find another cleaners soon.
Gotten too expensive for me..sorry to leave..been getting shirts done with u many years
