Was given an estimate on coat for $8 something. My husband paid $17+. Big difference.
Too expensive. 14 items cost me $79 when other places charge me $45.
Your cleaning and/or ironing process ruins my dress shirts; too harsh. I’ve switch to a different dry cleaner that uses a more gentle process, and my shirts are holding up much better now.
Too expensive for basic service
The young lady who attended me was rude and I was very disappointed with her service. .
1st item was ruined and took 3 months to repair with constant follow up needed
I have been a customer of Kona cleaners for close to 18 years. And you still can get it right, regarding how we want our jeans, pants, etc pressed. I’ve returned things to get them repressed & you charge me extra. You really need help! I’ve threatened to change cleaners, I just need to do it. I pray that every times my clothes come back they’ll be done right. Who am I kidding. Maybe 2019 I’ll make the change, to bad!!!!
I asked to remove a pen mark on my white shirt I requested the last 3 times and she said she would take care of it, when I went to pick it up the pen mark was still there and they didnt even fix it
