This place is sooo expensive. I was charged the price of a coat for a extremely thin cardigan. I only took two items and it was $23! Never going here again!
How can you charge $5.99 for luundry you never ask if was going to be dry clean for my shirts they are for work and they never ask

Seamstress did an awe full job on repairing my dress need to pay again to get it fixed
I left the store before looking to see the results of the decorative pillow I dropped off. I trusted that they would do their job well. When I looked at the pillow, there was dog hair, lint and what looked like part of a dry leaf all left on the pillow. I honestly don't think that it was cleaned.

Took 12 cotton shirts for Laundry,was accepted by the lady,only a Quick invoice received! Surprisingly after 2 days received a email that the Order was ready and it was 11 Shirts Dryclean and 1 shirt Laundry!!! When I asked,they say they decide after drop off if it’s going to be Dryclean or Laundry!!! Very important to tell upfront so a customer has a choice to decide if he wishes to spend on Dryclean or not!!
I hope to hear from you before the Saris are cleaned. I did not get an exact amount that would be charged and was told I would receive a text as to how much they would cost. I dropped off 6 saris. I do not see that there is a receipt number, I dropped them off on Friday, Jan 11 around 2:00 and am supposed to pick them up on Tuesday,m Jan 15 after 5 pm. Thank you! The 12 pieces include 6 saris with a blouse for each.
The delivery would seem to be convenient but upon returns they don’t knock on the door and instead place the hangers on the door knob if there is not a hook. This then becomes problematic to open the door. I have complained a couple of times about this and no change in practice.
