After communicating multiple times over several months with Kona to change the way they package their hanging men’s dress shirts so they don’t look completely wrinkled, they have not changed one thing. So we are now switching dry cleaners.
I have been a loyal customer for over a year. Called a few days ago for laundry pickup. Was passed off. In a very rude manner. By a few people. It was as if they were too busy for me. I even thought something is wrong w my laundry! Called two days later. Spoke to sandy. You’ve lost a customer. Too late. You attempt to rectify it days later. Too late.
HAD A DESTRUCTIVE DISCUSSION ABOUT THE PRICING ON SHIRTS. I WAS TOLD MY SHIRTS WERE NOT DRESS SHIRTS. OTHER CLEANERS CLASS THEM AS DRESS SHIRTS. IT APPEARS THAT YOU WILL USE ANY EXCUSE TO UP CHARGE. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD ALL THIS WHEN I BROUGHT THE SHIRTS IN--NOT PICKED UP. I CANNOT TRUST YOU GUYS. I AM 77 AND RETIRED SO MONEY IS VERY SCARCE.

I paid $24 for one item. I will no longer use you as my dry cleaner. This is outradious. I would have complained in person but i had a friend pick up for me. It was a jump suite made out of jean material. I am beyond disappointed. I’ve Been coming to you for years.
I brought in a tie to be cleaned and to have a spot removed. Two days later I was charged $7.95 but the spot had not been removed. It was obvious that no one at Kona Cleaners had looked at the tie before putting it on a hanger and handing it back to me.
