Over priced, my first time using location. I was only given the price, once my items were ready. Pants at almost $ 5.00 per pair, was too expensive. I usually need to place 8 items per week for dry cleaning, but at this price, can’t afford this location

Unless and until you produce the invoice when the customer drops off clothes it doesn’t make sense!! Why would you never make a invoice at drop off so that a customer can know how much is owed/charged!! It’s a surprise package at receiving a email when the clothes are ready and you know the $ amount.

I’ve had to come back 8 times, yes you read that right, 8 TIMES to pick up shirts where they either forgot to crease my shirt sleeves or they only creased one of the sleeves; HOW DO YOU ONLY CREASE ONE SLEEVE. Do I need to call the store to ensure both sleeves are creased before I pick up my shirts? I shouldn’t have to.
