Upon dropping off my clothes, I politely requested that my French cuff shirt be cuffed with the complimentary cuffs Kona provided in the past. The young lady said she would see to it. When I picked up my shirt however, my simple service request had not been completed. When I made note of it to the cashier, she flipped an attitude. I took 2 shirts in to be mended. I picked them up took them home I discovered one of the holes was not fixed. So I took the shirt back and they corrected the problem. No big deal.

I normally am pleased with Kona cleaners, with their fast service and kind workers. But I was just charged $24 to clean a coat! I figured it was a mistake , as I have never paid anything close to this amount for that type of item. Unhappy

Since Mary Ahearn is out the girl replacing Mary is not too friendly. I did not receive a text nessage when my clothes were ready, and she does not say hello or talk much.

My clothes are not picked up and dropped off on the days that are designated for Albertson’s Corporate office. I received a txt on Monday that you would pick up Tuesday and never did. The clothes are still here so will not be back tomorrow on time. My husband travels and I need to know they will be ready when he needs them.

My experience dropping off the clothes was okay. I did not get a total of my bill I was notified it would be in a text. When I received the text of 72$ I almost had a heart attack. I took 2 football jerseys 1 baseball 1 child’s basketball jersey and 1 pair of pants. This is the most I have ever paid for dry cleaning. The fact it was ready so quick was good. I bought 4 new shirts, and wanted them to start clean and pressed. I also wanted my suit that I recently wore at a wedding to be cleaned as well, along with several other shirts. One of the new shirts that I wore the previous day came back with a 2" rip in the front with a tag that said "Damaged before Cleaning", that is supposed to absolve them of any liability.
