First time customer. Brought in dress shirts and two long coats. Was told long coats would be $22 each.to which I agreed. Received a call later the same day and was told one of the coats was actually going to be $64 since it was designer. Will never return there as their pricing insures they recoup any discounts. We typically love Kona cleaners however the individual who helped us today brought us our clothes wearing a mask and had a continual super heavy cough. This made us uncomfortable and we proceeded to bring our clothing to another cleaner. We love Kona and will return but just sad that we spent the money when we felt it was safer to have them recleaned. The individual should really go home and get some rest.

Overpriced, the seamstress does not speak English the phone was used to try to communicate with her.. she had problems doing the simplest job

Super disappointed. I rushed to get my cleaning in during a discount period. Thee was a glitch with linking the discount to my Kona account and the sale was not honored at time of pick up.
Far too expensive. We’ll be moving our business.

Drop off was pleasant, but at pick up, there was a very rude lady closing one of the registers that really needed some training in appropriate customer service skills. Her attitude was extremely off putting
I’ve been coming to your establishment for years. I have enjoyed the employees, cleanliness and efficient service. But these new white plastic bags have got to go!! I can not use your service any more until the clear bags come back.. I refuse to look through each white bag to find the items that I need.every time I have a catering job. Unfortunately I’m going to be looking for another cleaners. Thank you Sally Crispin

My order was not ready when they said it would be, so I had to make another trip to pick the remainder of my order. I noticed I was overcharged on first pickup and when I went to pick the remaining order I told them about the overcharge. They could not refund me because a manger was not available, They told me a manager would call me which never happened! Disappointing!

I went to have a complete suit cleaned and pressed I went in to pick up the suit and should have checked the items before leaving the store as this was my first time using Kona cleaners. When I returned home to check the quality of the job it was TERRIBLE! ALL the items were wrinkled and look like the had not even been pressed.
