I don't like de cashier
Our 10X12 foot carpet was delivered after month long cleaning process without prior notification today. Was placed in garage because employees told us they would not put in house in usual position. The reason we used your service was that carpet would be put back in house in family room location over carpet pad we have. I will not use your carpet cleaning service again. I would like to know Kona's expectation of 10X12 foot carpet cleaning service quality. My husband and I are both 80+ years old.

If you can’t remain open until at least 6pm then I have to take my business somewhere else. 9am to 5pm is not convenient for people that work.

If you would like to switch over to route, you can have pick up and delivery at your home or office, if you're local, as we understand that people are busy and don't have the time to go pick up dry cleaning sometimes. Attendant seemed in a bad mood. Also, one of my pants had double creases and what looked like ash sprinkled on them. For the price, care should be taken to properly press items.

I receive a purple bag on one day and then had to call to find out where my dry cleaning was. It was over a week. This has happened to my twice. Not sure if I'm going to use service again.

I picked up my uniform (quick turnaround), and my uniform did not have the normal creases a law enforcement uniform shirt is supposed to have. They did, however, press the collar down like I asked. When I brought the shirt back, the associate accepted the uniform and was very apologetic, which I appreciated. The shirt was accepted to have it redone, at no charge.
