Very disappointed you guys misplaced the ribbon of my grand baby’s dress.
Still no compensation for missing shirts.
I dropped off 6 shirts to get pressed, my bill came to about $6 per shirt. This is a ridiculous amount to pay to just press the wrinkles out of a shirt.
Clearly disappointed when I spent the money to get my Cal King comforter cleaned and Kona's policy is not to steam press it......I should have been told that from the beginning......If I had known I could have laundered it myself and gotten the same result......wrinkled!
Terrible! 4pair slacks were given for hem alterations, waited 2 1/2 weeks, and nothing was done! Paid $68.00++ dollars and nothing was done..Slacks were not hemmed. Quite disappointing really.
Sorry Love your service, very happy with that But hate the white bags you are using I can't see the clothes thru the bags I have been switching them for clear bags, but it is just too much trouble I am switching to a cleaner who uses clear bags Bye

We have been long-time, consistent customers. Approximately 2 months ago, I took a very expensive shirt with pearl buttons into the Corona store for dry cleaning. The plant took the buttons off to clean it, but didn't put the buttons back on or return them with the shirt. The handling of the situation by the store staff as well as Karla the manager has been frustrating to say the least. Hello Elaine, I am sorry that it has been a frustrating situation for you. I definitely didn't mean for these things to happen or for the process to be this lengthy. Hannah was right, I was isolated due to COVID but I still place the order at Nordstrom to get your buttons. It took a full week for Nordstrom to cancel the order and while in isolation, I spent about an hour on the phone with their customer service trying to track down a shirt in their stock and trying to figure out how to get this settled. I had my king comforter cleaned for $59.00......and I'm very disappointed in the outcome. It looks as though it was cleaned, dryed and bagged up.....not pressed...I put it on my bed and it is so wrinkled, I really don't know what to do about it....it looks terrible my ticket number was 08-230253

Hello Audrey, Comforters are not pressed; I am sorry that it looks wrinkled on your bed. We clean and dry the comforters and then we fluff them up. Afterward, we put them into comforter bags which can cause wrinkling. If you like, we can do it again and perhaps package it differently but with folding, it will have wrinkling happen.
