I brought in a silk robe that my great grandmother bought from China in the 90’s. They ruined it “beyond repair” and I was notified on 8/1. Today, 8/5, I called again to see how they planned to handle this. I finally received a call back from the manager. She said their protocol in this situation is to google search the value of the robe and reimburse me that dollar amount.. If an article has any sentimental value and cannot be replaced it will be your mistake to take it to this establishment.

Hello, We are sorry that you are upset about this situation. We have been as careful as possible with your garment but it was brought in with urine stains and smell. We cleaned it once and it was destroyed because the fabric did not hold up to regular cleaning. I think you guys are way too expensive. Even more so in today's economic climate. But I'll still go because its near to my work place and because of the next day readiness. But if it gets too expensive then I will reconsider to another cleaner and sacrifice the distance and waiting time. Thank you.

I was very upset when I picked up my laundry pieces from your Fontana office last Friday, March 21.I was being charged more than what I was advised about, and when I brought this to the attention of Marcus at the time the cashier he said that I was being charged for an additional piece that was issued a separate receipt.
