The back of the collars on my husbands white dress shirts have been messed up every time we get them back for a few months now. Not cool. He doesn’t always have extra time in the morning to iron them so he is frustrated with the issue enough so to tell u about it.
Business response:
Hello, We are sorry that this seems to be a repetitive issue. Please let the store staff know the shirts that are affected before they are worn so that they can send them in for a redo. We would love to make this right for you. Thank you!

I brought in a silk robe that my great grandmother bought from China in the 90’s. They ruined it “beyond repair” and I was notified on 8/1. Today, 8/5, I called again to see how they planned to handle this. I finally received a call back from the manager. She said their protocol in this situation is to google search the value of the robe and reimburse me that dollar amount.. If an article has any sentimental value and cannot be replaced it will be your mistake to take it to this establishment.
Business response:
Hello, We are sorry that you are upset about this situation. We have been as careful as possible with your garment but it was brought in with urine stains and smell. We cleaned it once and it was destroyed because the fabric did not hold up to regular cleaning. Normally when fabric has degraded to this point, we do not take on any financial responsibility because it is fully out of our hands how it will react however, we did not mention this to you because of its sentimental value and we decided to claim responsibility out o... read more
