I always have a good experience at Kona. We bring a lot of items to you and other than it taking a while to get all of my husband's shirts (not sure why they are packaged separately), the experience is always pleasant. Your staff is helpful and friendly.

Very clean job for my queen down comforter but I feel $78 was too much to charge for a wash, dry and fold.
The only problem I have is that your prices are a little high compared to other cleaners in the neighborhood..
