I have used Kona Cleaners for all of our dry cleaning for about 8 years now. I find then courteous and efficient. If there is a problem they will quickly address the issue & find a solution that is satisfactory to the customer. My couture items are cleaned & beautifully done. Vivian suggested I use their "wet & clean" service for special white items & it has been fantastic! I have no problem driving up from South County, I have peace of mind w/the clothing being cleaned, & we find it is worth it!

I always enjoy the service at Kona Cleaners. I have been a customer since 2011 and I have never had a second thought of switching dry cleaners as Kona Cleaners has never given me a reason to. I like to stay a loyal customer to brands/companies when they show exemplary service. Keep doing what you guys are doing!

I go to the Kona Cleaners on Lido Island and have gone here for years. The actual cleaning of all garments has been very good. The service, from Diane who works in Lido, is exceptional....she always gets it right and she is extremely nice and respectful of your needs. I do applaud her and your cleaning services.

When issues arise, they have addressed them without excuses and are willing to take responsibility for their actions. I have recommended them to family and friends who have also had excellent experiences.
