I have been dropping items there for about a year now. Never had a bad experience. Maria has remembered my name since the beginning. I highly recommend it for the experience, but also for the affordable prices.
Nothing but great service from this company. Had a little payment problem and they did everything they could to make it right for me. I definitely reccomend dropping your clothes off here but dont expect your shirts to be hard creased, they are lacking on their ironing skills a bit.
They have done a great job on just my normal cleaning needs but have done some fantastic jobs at getting out stains and marks that I thought would not come out. Usually my clothes are done a day before even promised. I would recommend Kona to anyone with normal and especially a difficult cleaning need.
Great people. Always reliable on timing. Wish you'd use less plastic packaging when returning items. Very ungreen.
