Excellent cleaners - they are pricey but always seem to remove stains no one else can. Worth the extra money if garment is damaged and the service is always excellent.
Excellent service and the cleaning is always impeccable. My one negative about Kona is the prices - they are quite pricey but I guess that's what a quality dry cleaning entails. They have removed stains from garments that no other cleaner was able to. Overall, customer service is great and if you are willing to pay more for your cleaning it is worth it.

I have been going to Kona for many years now and I have nothing but the highest praise for all aspects of the company. The clerks are friendly and polite and my orders are always done on time or even ahead of time. I have special praise for Laura who is one of the clerks at the Paularino store. She always goes the extra mile when dealing with me and my orders.
I love this place! Quick and easy...Laura is always here to greet me with a smile every time I pick up my items. My clothes always look great and the service is inexpensive! Kona rocks.
